I was the last customer of the day and the woman seemed in a hurry to get home (fair enough). This was my third time having a wax here and I had been really impressed with the service - quick, painless and good value.
However, during the treatment yesterday I repeatedly said that the wax was too hot but all that happened was the wax was turned off without waiting for it to cool. I’ve now got blisters and red marks from the wax, which is never something I’ve had before. I had thought I’d found a quick, good value waxing salon but I will never go there again.
