I’ve been to this salon a number of times and really liked the people who work there and the overall experience. However, when I visited this week, I felt rushed rather than relaxed and I wasn’t completely happy with the treatment itself. I booked a full facial wax but when it came to waxing my side burns the therapist removed some long hair which wasn’t actually part of my side burns (but from my actual head). Not only was this painful to remove, but it’s left my hair line by my ears looking quite unnatural. I can’t wait for it to grow back! It’s a shame because in every other way I love this place and have been loyal for quite a few months. They do some great eyebrow waxing, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for that!
