Wax was fine, just got charged a lot more than I'd planned to spend. I'd booked a brazilian (front and back) so was expecting to have all hair removed from that area. Was told that brazilian is only internal, not external, and ended up paying an extra £25 or so to have a approx 10x2cm strip of hair removed from my butt cheeks. Seems a bit steep!
