I met two members of staff who were both friendly, warm and professional.
I had two treatments in one sitting, which was really convenient. My therapist has a great command of her vocation and was thorough during each stage of the wax.
Most importantly she was friendly and partial to a bit of chat, which I always enjoy.
The facilities were extremely clean, well-lit and the temperature of the rooms were well maintained. There wasn’t any music playing when I arrived which I did notice at one point but once I started chatting with the therapist I soon didn’t care about that.
This was my first visit to a salon in London, my previous visits have been in the East Midlands- was pleasantly surprised that the price and quality of the service at My Brazilian Wax beat that of my old salon.
I hadn’t heard of Treatwell before- used it this time due to convenience of being able to book online and see vacant appointments at a glance.
