SO CONFUSED. I’m new to the area and this was the first time I visited. The ladies who greeted me were nice enough to my face but clearly forgot the room I went in for my wax was NOT soundproof therefore I heard them make fun of my last name a lot, twice while I was having my wax. I should have called them out afterwards when I was face to face with them but I was so shocked and upset I couldn’t bring myself to, which I regret as I don’t like people being mean in general. It was just mean but some people are stupid and rude I suppose.
Anyway I’m conflicted as the lady who did my wax was SO lovely and polite and hands down the best wax I’ve ever had and I have them regularly - 5 stars for Joana and the Hollywood wax she was a dream. If I can bring myself to go again I will be requesting her as she was very professional and nice. Just confused about the whole experience very unprofessional from the other 2, they may want to be careful going forward I could hear every word!
