First time I went here for a Hollywood was great, very thorough. This second time I visited I had a different beautician who seemed inexperienced, and seemed as if she had not had any training with this type of waxing. She missed sections of hair and her technique seemed amateur and left bits of wax on me. I have been having Hollywood waxes at various salons for years and this is the worst I have had. I’m very disappointed with this service and I won’t be returning due to the risk of having this woman again and I have lost faith in this business that they are not either hiring qualified staff or training and equipping their staff with the skills to perform their job properly. It is a shame because my first experience was great.
