This is the 2nd manual LDM that I have had. The therapist was thorough massaging each area of my body. Neck, arms, legs, back and stomach. I could feel some areas where more intense than others.
Reflecting on the session, at one point I fell asleep. What I have noticed is that I had swelling in my ankles and under my right armpit. This has gone down on both occasions. Especially the swelling under my arm pit.
