My experience is always hit and miss at this salon.. I never get the best service when it comes to a wash and blow dry. The first lady that was sampling my hair was great- then part way through the lady that was doing my blow dry took over. She didn't check the water temperature, she was quite rough and my jumper was wet. The blow dry it self was okay - but again it was a rough experience, lots of tugging and becasuse she used rollers there were kinks and front of my hair had too much product.

I love visiting the salon and have been going to Zakia for my own haircut for a long time now. However this time I booked to trim my 11 month old girl’s fringe. Sadly, it was cut a lot shorter than we wanted. I requested the fringe to be trimmed just above her eyebrows so the hair wouldn’t get in her eyes but half of her forehead is uncovered now. It looks as if I have cut it myself at home placing a bowl on her head. It’s deeply disappointing coming from such a professional hairdresser
