Hi. Sorry to write this review. I’ve been going here for years and never had an experience quite like this I’m usually leaving 5 star reviews. I’m hoping that this was just a bad day and a one off! I would describe the treatment as aggressive, I’ve never experienced that before from a hollywood wax. I’m normally treated in a gentle friendly manner here but this time I was really nervous throughout the whole experience. The lady seemed unbothered when I was flinching and sweating in pain :/

Zakia went above and beyond for my daughter. She was able to calm her nerves , and even gave her an option to watch what she wanted on you tube . She did lovely curls for my daughter . Simply the best 😍
