I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. My hair wasn’t washed properly, and I later noticed leftover hair dye on the back of my head when I got home. They also skipped the head massage that usually comes with the wash. On top of that, the root coloring left some gray hair behind—though Zakia was very cooperative and fixed it for me.
