I had the best massage on Saturday, Syeda found knots in places like my arms that I didn't realise I was carrying tension. Very friendly and lovley to talk to. Syeda helped ease away all my aches and pains, relieving some tention I was carrying in my shoulder and advised on how to help me going forward.
