The only downsides were I walked into a terrible atmosphere of a women yelling at the receptionist as an appointment was not booked correctly for her and secondly, a couple insisted on a hairdresser pinning down their son for a haircut when he was terrified. He screamed hysterically and I was stunned that the hairdresser continued. She should have refused. I was lying down for my relaxing bacial hearing screaming and crying which triggered anxiety in my own chest.

Zakia understands hair very well , I have thick frizzy Indian hair which many hairdressers don’t know how to deal with . She knew how to cut , style and blow dry it ! I’m very happy

Anisabel was very very calm, patient and considerate when cutting my son's hair. He cries when ever he cuts his hair but she was unfazed and was very calm and gentle with him throughout!
