Faliesha is great at her job as she has the ability to understand what the customer needs and wants. She applied the right shade of colour to my hair which was ruined by henna. The result was excellent.

Dana gave me the best haircut I've had in ages, it was just beautifully styled and has lasted for so long without much maintenance. It was a random booking that I made and I'll definitely be going back!

I am a regular here but the last 2 treatments have been disappointing - this is a different stylist to my usual. I'm not a natural complainer but i had to provide constructive feedback this time.
If a customer books an appt please start on time - don't swan about, if there is a delay please communicate this and manage expectations. This lack of comms & care was disappointing in my last two visits. Also the treatment - she left the MO on for 5 secs..overall poor and no reply from owner so far.
