I come regularly for my hair and am always impressed with the service / quality of work. I had expressed a desire that there be an option for a portable partition to be used to allow privacy from the street view because of religious reasons regarding hijab. As soon as the manager saw my feedback she had ordered the partition ready for my next appointment!
I feel customers here are truly valued. And as always- I’m impressed with the quality of the hairdressing, professionalism and punctuality.

I have booked eyebrow and upperlips as well along with root colouring but after root colouring done, I was told she is busy with other appointments so she can’t take my eyebrows appointment. This is very unprofessional of your staff. This says even if you book appointment, it’s not guaranteed that u will get your treatment. On top of that, it was conveyed as a normal thing that it’s ok to cancel the appointment. No proper explanation was given. Very unprofessional and not happy at all.
