Razi was very good at waxing. She listened to my concerns and adresssed the area I wanted her to. She did the waxing twice. She was gentle with regards to waxing my underarm. She dried the area with talcum powder before waxing and after waxing she used after wax oil to reduce redness and irritation. Razi has previously done my brows as well. I highly recommend Razi.
