The salon was clean and looked good. All the staff were very friendly. My therapist was attentive and listened to what I asked for. The prices were fair and transparent. Unfortunately the wax itself wasn’t great - it was much more painful than any other wax I’ve had and afterwards there were a fair few hairs left and lots of wax residue and some light bruising in sensitive areas which I hadn’t had before. I would return to the salon for another treatment but not for a wax.
