The lady doing my hair was very good. However I was told at the end that in the future there would be a £5 surcharge as my roots were longer than a certain amount so extra dye was needed. I found this strange as it was only 4 weeks growth and I suffer from alopecia and thinning hair so probably have a lot less hair than the average person.

Had a few issues which I'm hoping will be corrected but my hair was quite a shocking state with all the box dye to take off with a bleach bath but after the tint put I still have patches that were not covered.

once again I wanted to get my loyalty card stamped. it's very frustrating that nobody mentions it. Last time my husband was told they don't give it for kids treatments so he forgot as well. once I'm done with the loyalty card I won't go again.
