Management is horrible. Claimed my £28 for being a “no show” despite me ringing them multiple times to say my car has broken down!!! It is an emergency for a reason…
Cant be expected to update you 48 hours before!! Also, loyalty rewards are only availed once £50’or more are spent?!
Rip-offs! Do not recommend. Waxing was poor as well, rushed!!

Take away your money when you ring them to say you’re late. ⏰ my £28 gone in the drain because apparently I didn’t call them 48hours prior to inform them of my car braking down. Rubbish business & Management team.
Farah the owner is the worst!!! Tell lies and tried to pretend I was a freeloader WHEN I COLLECTED PAYMENT RECEIPTS TO ALLOW STAFF TO STAMP THEM!!!!
