Marcus was really nice, however i didn't get the balayage colour i wanted, plus half of my hair's been pulled out during the process (i don't have a lot of it anyways). After a 5 hour session, i left feeling disappointed and annoyed. I'm sure that Marcus had the best intentions, saying that he doesn't want to damage my hair by bleeching it all at once, which is fair enough, but then don't pull half of my hair out. I've had to ask multiple times to be more gentle as my skin/scalp is v sensitive.

I went in for a blowdry. Marcus did a wonderful job. My hair looked beautiful and shiny and it smelled great too!

Marcus is great, the salon is lovely, the girls on reception were so nice. All round a great experience! Nice little gem in East London. Would recommend
