She rushed cutting my hair which needed some water spray as dry and curly. Scalp hurt subsequently and and began telling me a complete stranger that I am suffering from hair loss and started giving advices and causes. Left me traumatised.

I booked my appointment online very easy to do & nice selection of times available Michelle was very warm & welcoming & has got a lovely bubble personality. Firstly she asked how i would like my hair than checked the condition & explained everything to me what she would be doing & asked through out if everything was ok End product was fantastic very pleased with what I had done & would highly recommend Michelle. Excellent service through out

Introduced by a friend who has had her hair done by Michelle for many years. Michelle was welcoming, friendly and chatty. She listened to my needs and I left with a really great haircut - my hair falls perfectly! Thank you.

Quick and I got a really nice haircut. Second time Michelle cut my hair and it's looking great. And I was in and out in 45 minutes and I have a small child at home so speed is essential, without compromising on quality. And it's very close to me so win win. Thanks Michelle :)

Michelle has 16 years experience in the industry having worked for Steiner in the United State and a number of leading hair salon in the West Midlands. Michelle was originally trained by leading international Steiner organisation and subsequently worked as a senior stylist on Cunard Cruise Liner for five years later joining the Regis organisation in the same capacity at the prestigious Tuchwood Hall Mall in Solihul and, most recently, Michelle has been a Stylist at Kimono - Sutton Coldfield's premier salon. Michelle was also feature on the BBC1 TV prime- time programme which focused on high profile Weddings and Michelle was responsible for bride and bridesmaids hair.
