She rushed cutting my hair which needed some water spray as dry and curly. Scalp hurt subsequently and and began telling me a complete stranger that I am suffering from hair loss and started giving advices and causes. Left me traumatised.

I booked my appointment online very easy to do & nice selection of times available
Michelle was very warm & welcoming & has got a lovely bubble personality.
Firstly she asked how i would like my hair than checked the condition & explained everything to me what she would be doing & asked through out if everything was ok
End product was fantastic very pleased with what I had done & would highly recommend Michelle.
