It was a bit disorganised even though my appointment had been confirmed.
Also, it all felt very rushed. My hair was scrubbed at and wasn’t relaxing and whilst cutting, my hair was yanked at for no good reason.
Michelle was chatty which was nice but I wouldn’t return here as I didn’t leave feeling pampered sadly.

Michelle was so lovely! Chatty, friendly and above all the hair cut she gave me was amazing ☺️ Genuinely so so happy with it, my hair looks fresh and healthy :)
