I cannot fault Miguel. He did exactly what I asked and I am very happy with my hair. He took great care to ensure my colour was just perfect.
At the time I was in the salon, a lady was having extensions put it. There was a really strong smell of glue which was pretty bad but because it was winter and pretty cold outside, we couldn't really keep the door open.

Shop was shut when I arrived for my appointment and hadn’t been cleaned the night before. Had to wait for them to tidy before the appointment so had to wait an extra five minutes. The hair washing was okay, but takes place in the same room as all the styling so not super calming and doesn’t include a head massage. The towel used to dry me was wrinkled and made me think it wasn’t clean and had just been pulled out of a dirty washing bin. The blow dry service itself was great though.
