Staff were friendly although my appointment was pushed back 15 mins and it was still started another 15 minutes later. The room for the wrap was clean but the lighting wasn’t particularly relaxing. Some different lighting for the relaxation and some music would have been nice. The treatment itself was very professional and the staff were lovely.
