My appointment was rescheduled twice by their receptionist (the second time with 6-7 minutes notice) and even when I attended at the newly requested time, I had to wait 20 more minutes. Double-booking is a daily occurrence according to the beautician. The facial itself lasted 45 min rather than the one hour I had paid for and was one of the most basic facials I have ever had - cleanser, steam and a mask. I have never before come across a deep cleansing facial which lasts one hour not to include extraction (apart from a 1 minute job on the nose area) and when I asked the therapist about it - she told me I don't need it. My black heads strongly disagree. Sadly I saw absolutely no effects of this facial, disappointed to have wasted my money.
