Service running late with poor communication around that; 15mins late getting started & what is scheduled as a 40min service took 60, making me late
Manicurist kept making calls during, pausing my service.
Manicure is scruffy round edges.

The staff should be more customers aware and stop talking in their language all the time as you got the feeling like they gossip about you which is awkward
