They were 30 minutes late to even begin doing my nails for a start. drilled down over extensively which has left my nails very weak. Also did not clean any tools in between clients, including the actual drill bits and cuticle scissors. They looked good initially albeit a bit wonky on some fingers. However, within two weeks, the application of the acrylic was so bad that two of the nails actually popped off like press ons, and another is lifting leaving very damaged nail beds. Am not happy
