I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time to get my shellac nails done. I used to LOVE it. The quality was excellent and I would have shellac that lasted for 3+ weeks. However, recently it’s just gone from bad to worse and I will never come back - eg My shellac comes off just hours after I leave the salon, I have had to wait for almost an hour every time because they over book. They’re not even friendly and understanding about it.
Last time I went was on Friday. I had a guy. I said even though 2 nails were short, please can I keep the rest of them long. He filed them down so far that they hurt!! And the polish was so rushed that it’s patchy.
I’m sad because I used to love the salon, but just won’t be returning anymore. Sorry!

Came here for my first pedicure ever as recommended by a friend. It was pretty chaotic on a Saturday morning but I got seen right on time. The downstairs area is a bit hot and stuffy so was glad I was switched and seated upstairs. All staff were really polite and friendly. The pedicure was really great! Good attention to detail and nice exfoliating foot/calf massage as well. Really relaxing :) I would definitely go back again.

The man who did my nails was really friendly and meticulous with each step. It was done pretty quickly and I was really pleased with the outcome. It was pretty busy but I guess that’s to be expected for a Saturday. I was still seen to in a timely manner and wasn’t rushed. I’d definitely return!
