You always get a great treatment at My Nails. My only quibble is that they take walk ins where possible and this sometimes means waiting for your appointment, even if you have booked in advance.
Gel Nails Pedicure
Really disappointed with the deluxe manicure and pedicure. The foot bath was freezing cold water and they didn’t even shave the dead skin off my feet at all - just a bit of a scrub. The polish on both my hands and feet was also applied really messy and I had to ask them to redo certain nails and then clean it up myself when I got home. The whole process seemed really rushed even though I was the only one in the salon and wasn’t very thorough!
Also, I’m skeptical about the cleanliness. The foot baths didn’t use disposable liners between customers and weren’t fully cleaned before or after me. There was also a woman putting nail tools from a glass bowl into self-sealing sterilization envelopes, but then not putting them into an autoclave (the machine that actually sanitizes things!). Instead they were just put right back out to be used again and look sanitized. Even if they soak them in disinfectant in that bowl, that’s not the same as full sanitization!

I had to wait for quiet a while because they had forgotten I booked in for a pedicure as well. My cuticles were cut to short. The staff were very friendly though
