I booked an appointment for 4.30pm and arrived early at 4.15pm. Instead of telling me they were running , I sat there until 4.45pm when they told me and wasn't seen until 5.05. I was then late to pick up my kids and spent 5 mins with my baby before she went to bed. Not cool.
The lady was lovely but my pedicure was rushed. The lady before me had thorough removal of dead skin for about 10 mins, mine was for about 3 although I had said it needed more.
Manicure was ok, the man was nice and the right amount of chatty and nails were clean and neat after.

I had to wait a while despite booking and the customer service was a little chaotic and not the warmest welcome. However the treatment received was good value for money.
