I had to wait a while despite booking and the customer service was a little chaotic and not the warmest welcome. However the treatment received was good value for money.

I normally have a great experience here. The owner is lovely and so are all her staff and I generally recommend this salon for anyone who wants great nails at a good price in the area. However, my last visit was subpar compared to the times I have been before, it was Saturday so the salon was busy however I felt like the whole process was rushed. I generally get a couple of weeks out of my manicures here (even without shellac!) but mine chipped very badly in a day. I’ll still return as the service is normally excellent but I’m disappointed in my experience on this last occasion
