Generally good experience ! The only thing is that I didn’t know that it was cash only so it was a bit of a bore to go and find a cash machine at the end of the treatment . Otherwise great value for money !

Nail or Gel Polish Removal
I got a Shellac manicure and while the treatment was ok, I was made to wait 20 minutes despite making a booking, was given a different therapist to the person I had booked with, and then he watched the football on his phone during the treatment. While I’m overall still happy with my nails, it didn’t make for a very nice experience and I certainly didn’t feel very valued as a customer!
