Very hit and miss place and depends on the therapist. I’m constantly booking with the same person on the app but every time it’s a different therapist. Lots of dead skin was left even after repeatedly asking to redo and tidy up cuticles. Had to do it properly at home. The place used to be better when it first opened but slowly getting worse and worse.
