Great mani pedi! Had a brilliant girl, sorry I didn’t catch her name! She really sorted my feet out and they look amazing! Will definitely be back!

my pedicure was fine and I like the result, but the experience was not pleasant. First they moved my appointment 15mins earlier than I booked it (without calling and asking if that was ok, just got an email one hour before my appt); so I ran there from work to make it on time and when I arrived there was chaos, They looked at me like I was crazy for thinking I have an appt, they overbooked every slot and lots of women are already waiting. They sort it out after, but it was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. None offers me to chose the color, or a glass of water, none speaks at all. I end waiting for about 15mins before going in the chair, the same as if I sticked to my original appt time slot which is annoying because I had to leave work early for nothing.
One of them apologised for my wait, and I was happy with the pedi result, but ended up going out of there 1.20h after my appt slot, for a pedi that should take 45mins.
