He cut my toe and didn't apologise. The whole thing was very painful as he was very rough when doing it.
The salon was also far too busy that it was extremely cramped and stressful to be in

They seemed to have overbooked due to an issue with their systems so I waited half an hour before I had my treatment. However, the staff were very nice, the place seemed very hygienic and the manicure and pedicure were great.
