I got a Shellac manicure and while the treatment was ok, I was made to wait 20 minutes despite making a booking, was given a different therapist to the person I had booked with, and then he watched the football on his phone during the treatment. While I’m overall still happy with my nails, it didn’t make for a very nice experience and I certainly didn’t feel very valued as a customer!
