Walking into the venue I wasn’t welcomed very well or asked anything and was pointed to the chair. The lady didn’t speak to me at all during my treatment or ask if I wanted a drink etc. The pedicure was nice although the water in the foot basin was cold as they had run out of water; I also saw the lady next to me got treatments I didn’t even though I paid for the luxury pedicure - such as exfoliation and longer massages, cuticle work etc. It seemed that my treatment was a little rushed. I had also booked a luxury gel mani and pedi and the manicure was done at the same time as the pedi, meaning I kept having to hold my arms up for ages and couldn’t really relax. Overall my nails do look nice, although I think service could be better.

At first the welcome in was a bit harsh, however staff friendly once sat down. Manicure was done well and in good time. The shellac has lasted over two weeks- ideal for the holiday they were done for. Would go again.
