booked an appointment at 4pm - they only started the mani pedi 45min later as they were seemingly over booked.
this is the third time this happens at this venue.
its a shame as the place is clean and mani-pedi good.

I’ve been to My Nails 3 times and they have all been great. My polish usually last 2 weeks without chipping!

Salon was is new and comfortable. Manicure was very neat and efficient. The lack of music and all manicurists and clients sat in silence was a bit odd.
