Lovely staff but unfortunately poor experience. The man doing my pedicure was clearly inexperienced. Two other staff members had to jump in to fix his work. After 2.5 hours and a clearly poor experience, the manager promised they would offer me another free gel pedicure but when I called to book it, they did not keep their promise. My gel manicure was well executed but chipped 7 days later - I couldn’t make use of the 2-week guarantee as I was on holiday but for the price, this shouldn’t happen
