Amazing blow dry - my hair looks and feels fab!

Asked for specific types of layers and showed a picture of how I specifically wanted them. Gave me a very generic cut and didn’t even try to replicate the picture. It was super choppy when dried you could see the layers had no blending and just went different lengths. Also thinned out loads of my hair without asking permission.
