I have booked an acne deep cleansing treatment. However what it end up to be it was a massage with cleansing that lasted max. 5mins. When I made the point about it I was told they could not clean parts of my face as it's too sensitive :(, what a joke! I would never go back nor I recommend the place.

Staff were super lovely. Therapist took into consideration that I have very fair hair so took her time double checking she hadn't missed anything.
