Had such a lovely treatment with Sonia. It seems that another college was sick so she was double booked but managed the whole situation with a professional attitude that means I would definitely come back!

Great staff, very friendly, accommodating and reassuring. I was put at ease throughout the session and she explained everything she was doing. I give it a 3 star because compared to my usual experience elsewhere, it took an hour longer (about 2.5 hours) and four days later, lots of the lashes have fallen out. I would recommend but not for the price.

The most amazing headmassage. I have had waxings here (also 5*) and my hair cut (which was also great!) but never a treatment and I'm just annoyed at myself for not doing it here sooner! Firm hands, knew exactly where to hit the spot. If only I could afford to go weekly, I would avoid all my headaches! Highly recommend.
