Erika the beautician was lovely and gave me a great shellac manicure.
I also managed to get my hair cut while at the salon (got a last minute appointment) I was also very pleased with the hair cut.

Brilliant service - all staff were attentive from the moment I stepped in. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere - you normally feel a bit awkward going to a hairdresser's for the first time, but no such problem here! The massage and haircut wasn't the best I've ever had, but the service was so good that I'd probably go back anyway!
