I've come to NHC to get a couple of treatments before and have left very happy. However, I got the iPixel resurfacing in November and left confused & disappointed. The procedure itself went perfectly fine, however, the therapist didn't give any information about the procedure, the process or aftercare, I had to figure it out myself by asking Google. For a relatively intense procedure, its not only professional but also important to receive information about aftercare for best results.
