First time I had this treatment done was with Zeville and she was amazing, explaining all the steps of during it and giving me many advices.
This time with Noor was not that great, she did not explain much or gave me advices.
At the end I did not have the peeling done and I had to remind her about it, she then took me to another room and after 5 minutes apparently it was done.
All my peelings always took way longer, so I doubt I had it done.
Since the price has gone up of 11£, I left unhappy.

Had the skin brightening ZO facial was really happy with the treatment, felt really good and my skin felt fresh and soft after the thorough clean. Therapist was attentive to my skin and asked me qs before the treatment.
