Staff bother to ask questions about your skin. Free quick skin analysis and ZO sample... decent size too.
Long steam and quite quick extraction. Not enough pressure with facial. But facialist was nice and professional. A good value way yo try out ZO. Was a bit more about the products than technique. But an okay experience.

Great professional service and an excellent treatment - microdermabrasion left me with soft and healthy Skin. Roma is very friendly and an excellent aesthetician. Great location and great ambience. I even got an unexpected free gift, a generous sample product to take away. Will definitely return!
