I had a deep tissue massage and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff are very warm and friendly, and also very professional. I will certainly be going back!
Deep Tissue Massage
Very good service in terms of confirming appt beforehand on the phone and post-treatment service. Microdermabrasion was just okay and the peel that was put on smelt so sharp and strong that I asked to remove it immediately. Few days now post-treatment and my skin looks slightly better but I wouldn't spent £50+ again for the treatment. No skin analysis was done and no other treatment recommended. I don't think microdermabrasion was actually suited to me.

The venue is very clean and the staff is extremely attentive. I enjoyed my treatment very much and waiting for 72 hours to pass to see great results :)
Cellulite Treatments
My facial at NHC was a pleasant experience. The products used were of good quality and the staff was incredibly friendly. The ambience was indeed intensely relaxing as I'd fallen asleep quite a few times during the massage and cleaning. The steaming process and extractions were done quite thoroughly. I would use a softer towel for a lot of the wiping process, but overall it was a professional experience.
