Was my 2nd visit to the salon for laser treatment, was made to feel very welcome on arrival, was asked how I was and chatted to throughout the whole treatment. She kept checking I was ok with the pain level. At the end she even facilitated moving my future appointments to the Dudley branch which is significantly closer to where I live. Highly recommend this place
