Yet another great treatment with Simone , it’s my 6th visit with Simone for tattoo removal and I am so pleased with how my treatment is going , very highly recommend for treatment with Simone .

The venue was fine but unfortunately the treatment did not work despite making a huge effort to improve other factors. I increased water intake, started taking oral collagen, regular self lymphatic massage, cut down on fats in diet, increased exercise from 3 times a week to 5.
I would say I am not sure how active you should be after cavitation but I was just told to go for a long walk after and not sit for hours. I wasn't told this till session 3 either. I did increase general exercise.
