Harps is super welcoming and sweet made everything seem less daunting as i had never been here before!
Laser treatment super effective! Harps spoke to me through every step of the way and explained everything in thorough detail.
She even shows you your before and afters so you can see how well your treatment is working!
Very clean, nice and private location and quiet too. 100% worth it

Honestly the best facial I’ve ever had by far! I often visit spas such as Village Spa, Belfry, Celtic Manor where the treatments are expensive (with the mindset spend more get more I suppose) but the treatment I received here was far more superior than any other facial ever received! I feel like my skin has improved already and will certainly be returning regularly for a facial from Charley who was really through, professional and helpful! Thanks so much!!

Excellent micro needling treatment. Harps did everything she could to make me relaxed and enjoy the procedure (as much as possible!) I will definitely book in for another one as I can see results already. Highly recommended.
