Upon arrival simone went through the procedure in detail and asked of any concerns. The environment is clean and very warm which is lovely. She put my mind at ease. She measured me up and she stayed with me describing what i would feel at every stage and how long it lasts for. She also went into detail how the process works. It was very relaxing and i almost fell asleep. I had two procedures both lasting around 45 mins and she kept checking on me. I had no pain, she had to put a cooling membrane on the areas and that was like a lump of snow being placed on you, it was freezing, but only lasted a few seconds. Cant wait to see the results. Definitely to return again.
