The staff were super friendly and the location of the place could not be more central. I found the VIP room a treat but the haircut wasn't anything dramatic. The stylist didn't ruin my hair but he didn't improve it much either. All in all a lovely place to freshen up your hair. I will have to return for a trial in highlights and see how well they fare in that area.
The atmosphere was a bit quiet for me, but the hairdreseer listened to what I wanted and did advise me on what I should do and what would look good for my hair. The hairwash and treatement was excellent and the hairdresser gave an excellent head massage. Not sure if I would go back without a voucher though!
I was so excited about this deal! But rung up to make the appointment and just as we found a slot, I mentioned the Wahanda voucher and the person on the other end of the phone was sounded less keen on helping me like I had the plague. So I was a bit sheepish rocking up on the day not knowing what to expect.
The stylist Adrian was lovely though and did an amazing job on my hair. Also had a very relaxing hair wash by his colleague - almost put me to sleep.
Feel bad about giving the staff an ok rating but I wanted to highlight that I was initially put off by their bad attitude towards using the voucher. It's a recession and everyone is watching their pennies! Would definitely go back if they were more understanding.
I can absolutely rate my hairdresser, Tomo - he's absolutely fantastic and a great laugh. He gave me some much needed advice after using a gorgeous conditioning treatment on my hair. Lo and behold, my hair looks better than ever! he's insisted i go back as soon as I need to for my free fringe trim - i will be back for the full works to be honest.
The vibe was really chilled out and relaxing - having said that my appointment was on a weekday afternoon!

This is a great tucked away hairdressers, great atmosphere, very professional and friendly. I would definately recommend this hair dressers. Everything I asked for got done, I didn't get products pushed on me but just got useful advice.
