The fact is I never got to experience the massage. It isn't a massage per say, but a body bag that heats up and the body bag is one size only... so if you are above a size 14 I would say don't bother. Very humiliating experience when it wouldn't close & I was told someone would be in contact to see what could be arranged. It has been 2 weeks, I called & left a message & I haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointing experience even though the staff member was lovely & very apologetic.
